Members present: Chair Joseph A. Kellogg, JK; Kate McNulty-Vaughan, KM-V and Ken Fowler, KF.
Absent with Notification: Gary Schiff, GS and Steve Sample, SS.
Staff present: Mary Albertson, Town Planner, MA.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.
Approval Not Required Plans: Jim Siedel of SK Design presented an ANR plan for property located at 55 Pittsfield Road commonly known as the Aspinwell project. He explained that the commercial and residential portions of the project are currently on separate lots. The proposed ANR plan will not create any new lots, but Parcel “One” will be conveyed from the existing Lot A (commercial section of the project) to existing Lot B (residential section of the project). Mr. Siedel said the lot line adjustment is being done to accommodate future expansion of the residential project. Members discussed the criteria for ANR endorsement. KF made a motion to approve the ANR as presented and KM-V seconded the motion. The Board voted to approve 3-0.
KF made a motion to adjourn at 6:25 pm. KM-V seconded the motion and the Board voted 3-0 to adjourn.
